基于光纤陀螺的无线随钻测斜仪探管硬件设计

Hardware Design on Wireless Inclinometer Probe Based on FOG

摘要: 针对目前在定向钻井中广泛使用的无线随钻测斜仪,其探管测量磁场强度的磁通门传感器,在有磁干扰的环境下测量失准的问题,设计了一种用光纤陀螺代替磁通门的新型探管,光纤陀螺是测量角速度的传感器,不受磁场的影响;研究了一种光纤陀螺旋转定位装置,并阐述了新型探管内部电路板的一些设计要点。实验中探管成功测量出井斜角、方位角、工具面角等测井参数,在有无磁干扰的环境下,测井参数基本一致。结果表明:此种探管并未受到有磁环境的影响,可以在煤矿冻结群孔施工、金属矿钻井施工中获得应用。

Abstract: In view of the wireless inclinometer widely used in the directional drilling at present,the fluxgate of measuring magnetic field intensity in probe,had the inaccurate measuring problem in a environment with magnetic disturbance,desingned a kind of new probe with FOG instead of fluxgate,FOG is a sensor measuring the palstance,not affected by the magnetic field;studied a FOG revolving location device,and expounded some design points of the internal circuit board in probe.In test the probe measured successfully the deviation angle,azimuth angle,tool face angle,etc,the log parameters were same with or without magnetic interference.The result showed that this probe were not affected by the magnetic environment,can be used in coal freezing with a group of holes and metal drilling.
